Fits nice! Large I get lots compliments . Stretchy cotton shirt . Not silky . Just cotton stretch . I hang dry them . And use them daily for Gym, work and everyday use ! The shirts are absolutely awesome they do run a little small. I had to give my first order to my son. I usually wear a large, but I had to re-order an extra large. My only suggestion would be to make the neck hole slightly smaller.
